Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a data-driven professional to drive MIS & Analytics reporting, delivering monthly revenue and sales performance insights. You will prepare detailed financial and sales analyses, support budgeting, and provide dashboards via BI tools.

In this role you will collaborate with leaders to present data insights, automate reports, and contribute to strategic decision-making through accurate, timely analytics.

Qualifications

• Strong MIS & analytics reporting skills with data visualization experience.
• Bachelor or higher degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with BI tools and data analysis for business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly revenue, volume, and realization reports.
• Perform reconciliations between NCR and trial balance.
• Create product- and region-wise contribution analyses and variance reporting.
• Develop and present insights on sales trends, pricing, and schemes.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Supporting Actions

• Prepare Monthly Customer Invoice level volume, gross sales, net sales and realization (NCR).
• Monthly Reconciliation of NCR with Trail balance – NCR Tally.
• Prepare Product-wise / sales area wise / segment wise contribution
• Prepare variance analysis against budget, forecast, and previous periods
• Present data related to sales volume performance, revenue trends, and other key metrics to seniors.
• Analyze sales trends, pricing impact, realization, discounts, and schemes.
• Prepare presentations for Business Head/CEO reporting
• Provide insight-driven analysis to support strategic and tactical decision-making.

Reports for Business review meeting/ Corporate finance cell – Quarterly reports

• Prepare details for pre-decided volume and revenue formats
• Prepare Urban and Rural performance report
• Prepare trade and non-trade performance
• Prepare presentations

Budget and latest estimate working

• Prepare revenue and logistic cost as per given volume
• Assist in budgeting process across departments. Coordinate with department heads to collect and consolidate budget data.
• Support management in revised forecasts and rolling budgets.
• Identify and explain price, volume, mix.
• Sales and Marketing reports-
  • Prepare related party transaction details based on revenue model
  • Arrange requisite sales data for govt statistical department
  • Calculate and Maintain inter unit good transfer rate
  • Identify the lower contribution areas and report
  • Timely incorporation of changes in schemes and price circulars in NCR as implemented by management
• Arrange revenue related data to auditors
• Support in tax assessment related data preparation
• Track actual performance against approved budgets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Prepare supply and distributions reports to show logistic and depot effectiveness.
• Depot landing cost comparison for optimum plant supply allocation
• Work out imported cement contribution
• Provide ad-hoc analysis as required by leadership

Automated / BI report

• Improve reporting efficiency through Power BI, Excel automation, SAP reports, and analytical tools.
