Job summary

Philsteel Agrra Innovations Inc. is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee infrastructure, information systems, and security across the organization, driving reliable IT services and strategic initiatives.

You will manage networks, servers, and ERP platforms while ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and effective budgeting. Lead a team, coordinate with vendors, and guide digital transformation projects to align IT with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 8–10 years progressive IT experience
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Experience managing networks, servers, databases, and enterprise applications

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT Infrastructure Management including servers, networks, connectivity, hardware, and software
• Administer Information Systems including ERP/HRIS/payroll/accounting and data integrity
• Lead Cybersecurity & Compliance programs with policy development and audits
• Supervise IT staff, provide coaching, and drive training programs
• Manage Technical Support via helpdesk standards and vendor coordination
• Lead IT projects: system implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation
• Prepare and manage IT budget; negotiate vendor contracts and optimize expenditures
• Develop MIS reports and dashboards; assess IT performance and project status

Job description

Core Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Management

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, internet connectivity, hardware, and software systems.
• Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and system issues.
• Implement disaster recovery and backup procedures.

2. Information Systems Administration

• Manage and lead the implementation of the Odoo System
• Oversee ERP, HRIS, Payroll, Accounting, and other business systems.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Manage user access controls and permissions.

3. Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures.
• Monitor systems for security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

4. Team Leadership

• Supervise IT personnel, system administrators, and technical support staff.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
• Conduct training programs for end-users and IT team members.
• Foster continuous improvement within the department.

5. Technical Support Management

• Ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
• Establish service standards and helpdesk procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.

6. Project Management

• Lead IT projects such as system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Prepare project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify technology requirements.

7. Budget and Vendor Management

• Prepare and manage the IT department budget.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions.
• Negotiate contracts with software, hardware, and service vendors.
• Monitor IT expenditures and asset utilization.

8. Reporting and Analytics

• Develop MIS reports and dashboards for management.
• Analyze business data and provide recommendations for process improvement.
• Generate reports on IT performance, system utilization, and project status.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8 to 10 years of progressive IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience managing networks, servers, databases, and enterprise applications.
