Job summary

Dexterton Corporation seeks an experienced ERP Project Lead to drive end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations from planning to post-go-live support. You will coordinate with Finance, HR, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and other departments to gather requirements and translate them into robust ERP solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in ERP or IT project management, deep knowledge of Odoo modules, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation or IT project management.
• Proven experience leading Odoo ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules: Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, CRM.
• Experience in business process analysis, system integration, data migration, and UAT.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid PM methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and other departments to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables for successful completion.
• Coordinate with Odoo implementation partners, developers, consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend ERP solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee system configuration, UAT, data migration, and system integration activities.
• Develop project documentation, implementation plans, and standard operating procedures.
• Plan and facilitate end-user training and change management initiatives for system adoption.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate enhancements and upgrades.
• Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management.

About you
