Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a data analytics professional to monitor telemetry data, manage databases, and generate MIS reports for management.

The role involves collecting and analyzing business data, building dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and security, and providing training and support to users across departments. A strong Excel and BI mindset is required, with ERP knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, MIS, or related field.
• Experience in telemetry monitoring data analytics, MIS reporting, or BI.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-generation skills.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and present insights.
• Knowledge of data management, database administration, and performance monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and business applications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage telemetry data from various systems, devices, and operational platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and update databases and MIS reports.
• Collect, validate, and analyze business data from various sources.
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for management.
• Create dashboards and data visualizations for business insights.
• Monitor data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Troubleshoot system and reporting issues.
• Provide technical support and training to users.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on data management and information security.
