Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or systems support, with 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and dashboard platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering various performance metrics.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports for management using data from various systems.
• Analyze trends and provide insights to support business planning and decision-making.
