Job summary

Grassroots Solutions & Services is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support our Amazon Advertising Operations Team in Mumbai. You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, track KPIs, and maintain data accuracy.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, dashboards, and the ability to handle large datasets. You will collaborate with Operations Managers and provide actionable insights to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Business Analytics, Operations MIS, or a similar role.
• Experience in BPO / ITES / E-commerce / Amazon / Digital Advertising is preferred.
• Candidates with experience handling large operational datasets will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports for the Amazon Advertising team.
• Track team productivity, performance, attendance, login adherence, and operational KPIs.
• Prepare dashboards and performance reports for management review.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain daily trackers and operational databases.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for correction.
• Maintain historical MIS records and ensure proper version control.
