Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the availability of tippers and tip trailers for daily limestone production, while monitoring budget, inventory and MTBF/MTTR goals. The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and proactive maintenance across heavy equipment operations.

You will lead safety initiatives, conduct toolbox talks, and collaborate with stores to ensure spare parts availability, fuel and lubricants stock, aiming to reduce downtime and maintenance costs

Qualifications

• Experience in safety, health and environmental compliance.
• Proven ability to implement maintenance improvement projects.
• Familiarity with OEM maintenance schedules and SAP PM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of tippers and trailers to meet production targets.
• Monitor budget, inventory, MTBF/MTTR and MTBF/MTTR improvements.
• Lead safety initiatives and conduct toolbox talks and safety trainings.
• Coordinate with stores for spare parts and fuel/lubricant stocks.
• Drive cost control through better maintenance practices and standardisation of equipment.
