• Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans.
• Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs (Downtime %, Breakdown %, PM Compliance).
• Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant machine operations.
• Coordinate closely with Production to align maintenance with operational targets.
• Prepare and analyze technical and performance reports.
