Job summary

WHR Global Consulting seeks a Retail Sales Executive for Pampanga to welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide discovery of electronic cigarettes. This is a full-time, day-shift role in Pampanga with a salary range of ₱20,000–₱25,000.

You will educate adults about the product, assist with purchases, and provide after-sales service, returns, and replacements while upholding consumer-centric standards.

Qualifications

• College Level
• Confident & Charismatic
• Good communication skills (English or Taglish; natural conversation)
• Must have good work experience in customer service jobs.
• Preferably with Sales/Retail Sales Work Experience
• Open to shifting schedules
• Work Status: Regular Employment

Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes
• Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
• Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles
