Job summary

Abenson Ventures, Inc. in Mindanao seeks a seasoned General Manager to lead the Mindanao Division from Davao. You will set sales strategy, drive performance, and steer revenue growth across the region.

You will build and coach a high-performing team, manage major accounts, and coordinate with other departments to align initiatives with company goals. Requires 7–10 years of leadership and a business degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive sales management experience in a dynamic, results-driven organization.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling sales teams to achieve revenue KPIs.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management and P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and business plans for Mindanao.
• Lead, recruit, train and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver results.
• Oversee sales operations including customer acquisition, pipeline development and major account closures.
