PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. seeks a commercially sharp General Manager to build a high-performing regional sales engine from Davao. You’ll lead 5 Sales Directors, each with 5 Sales Managers, and 125 field sales professionals, owning the Mindanao growth agenda.

You will forecast, manage pipeline health, and partner with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to turn market insight into growth while strengthening channel relationships across Mindanao.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive commercial or sales leadership experience; real estate, property, banking, consumer, retail, or other multi-site field sales experience is highly valued.
• At least 5 years leading senior sales leaders and large, distributed teams.
• A proven record of delivering growth through strategy, forecasting discipline, talent development, and operational excellence.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and comfort using data to make decisions.
• An inspiring, hands-on leader who develops people, sets high standards, and earns trust.
• Preferably based in Davao, with the flexibility to travel throughout Mindanao as business needs require.

• High-quality customer experiences from first conversation through reservation and turnover.
