Abenson Ventures, Inc. in Quezon City is seeking an experienced General Manager for the Furniture Division.

This full-time role leads all operations, financial performance, and growth initiatives, driving profitability and market expansion while aligning with company goals. You will manage strategy, oversee store operations, supply chain, and staff development, and report to senior leadership on divisional performance and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Experience leading large teams in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and growth.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the Furniture Division to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Oversee operations including store management, supply chain, inventory, and logistics.
• Lead divisional team, including recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost control while maintaining service quality.
• Identify market opportunities for expansion and new product lines.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty through service and marketing initiatives.
