Job summary

Qualifications

• Male candidates aged 20–40 years.
• College level or high school graduate with 1–2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating grain handling equipment and monitoring systems.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Must adhere to GMP, Food Safety and Safety Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor air compressors, roots blowers, conveyors and weighing equipment.
• Perform basic inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and report abnormalities.
• Lead and supervise assigned team for safe, efficient operations.
• Ensure GMP, Food Safety and Safety procedures to prevent contamination.
• Complete required operational records and assist in minimizing downtime.
