Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in the Philippines to operate and monitor air compressors, root blowers, conveyors, and other grain handling equipment. You will perform basic inspection, cleaning, and lubrication, while ensuring GMP and safety procedures are followed.

The role requires 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, male candidates aged 20-40, with college level or high school graduation.

Qualifications

1-2 years experience in manufacturing.
Perform basic inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment.
Lead and supervise the assigned team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Ensure GMP, Food Safety and Safety Procedures compliance.
Complete required operational records and assist in minimizing equipment downtime.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor and upper management.
