Job summary

ALC Group of Companies in Manila is seeking a proactive professional to manage migrant insurance accounts and support client relations. You will negotiate, close deals, and monitor activities while delivering orientations to agencies and prospective hires.

Qualifications

Graduate in Marketing or any business-related field with strong communication.
Proficient in English oral and written communication.
Computer literacy and basic software skills required.
Experience in customer service or people-oriented roles is desirable.
Experience with migrant insurance or recruitment-related work is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and close migrant accounts.
Monitor migrant-related activities and production.
Conduct migrant insurance orientations and presentations for large recruitment agencies and government accounts.
Address inquiries from prospective clients and agents about the migrant insurance program.
Coordinate with the Franchising & Migrant Insurance Department on related matters.
