Job summary

TYLin Philippines seeks a Mid-Level Structural Engineer to support analysis, design, and delivery of structural projects across buildings and infrastructure in Manila. You will develop designs, perform calculations, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and constructible solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Structural Engineering degree, has 4+ years in steel and concrete design, and is a registered professional engineer in the Philippines or a member of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer in the Philippines or a member of international engineering organizations.
• 4+ years’ experience in the design of steel and concrete buildings.
• Familiarity with seismic provisions and steel connection design provisions (Philippines and AISC codes).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to review engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse disciplines in structural design delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and TYLin offices and partners.
• Review engineering design, plans, specifications and estimates per design codes.
• Prepare project data for schedules and assist in budgets and progress reports.
• Provide quality control/quality assurance to deliver high-quality outputs on time.
