You will provide SAP FI consultancy for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and basic Controlling, translating business requirements into practical SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years of SAP Finance experience in implementation or AMS/support.
• Hands-on SAP FI configuration and functional support.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of Philippine financial, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Able to independently handle standard to medium-complexity requirements with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional consultancy and support for SAP Finance (FI).
• Handle Finance areas such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and basic Controlling (CO).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions.
• Perform SAP configuration, functional analysis, testing, and issue resolution.
• Participate in requirements gathering, Fit-to-Standard, and functional workshops.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical consultants when development is required.
• Perform Unit Testing and SIT and provide support during UAT.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and functional issues within agreed timelines.
• Support data migration, validation, reconciliation cutover, and go-live activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, configuration documents, and user guides.
• Work directly with business users, clients, and other SAP functional and technical teams.
• Understand FI integration with MM, SD, PS, and other relevant SAP modules.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively communicate progress, risks, delays, and issues.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while remaining accountable for follow-through and closure.

• Preferably 3–5 years of SAP Finance experience in implementation and/or AMS/support engagements.

• Hands‑on experience in SAP FI configuration and functional support.

• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

• Good understanding of accounting and Finance business processes.

• Exposure to SAP CO and cross-module integration is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Philippine financial, taxation, and statutory requirements is an advantage.

• Able to independently handle standard to medium-complexity requirements with minimal supervision.
