Job summary

SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Digital Workplace Professional Services Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You will help customers transform how employees work by delivering Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and related security services.

You will design, implement, and optimize workplace solutions, lead workshops, assess requirements, and provide technical leadership to ensure successful project outcomes while collaborating with solution architects,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering modern workplace or digital workplace projects for customers.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies and modern collaboration platforms.
• Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Digital Workplace projects from discovery through implementation and transition to operations.
• Design and implement Microsoft-based workplace solutions (M365, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Facilitate customer workshops, assessments, and solution reviews to define outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership, identify risks, and ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design and technical proposals.
• Contribute to service innovation and reusable delivery assets.

We are looking for a Digital Workplace Professional Services Consultant to join our Professional Services team and help customers unlock greater productivity, collaboration, security, and employee experience through Microsoft technologies.

As a Digital Workplace Professional Services Consultant, you will work closely with customers, solution architects, project managers, and technical specialists to deliver modern workplace transformation projects. You'll help customers design, implement, and optimize workplace solutions that support collaboration, endpoint management, security, and operational efficiency while ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver Digital Workplace projects from discovery and design through implementation, migration, and transition to operations.
• Design and implement Microsoft-based workplace solutions including Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and workplace security services.
• Facilitate customer workshops, technical assessments, and solution review sessions to understand requirements and define outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery, identifying risks, resolving challenges, and ensuring successful customer outcomes.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, technical proposals, and customer presentations.
• Contribute to service innovation, automation, reusable delivery assets, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we need to see from you

• Experience delivering modern workplace, cloud, or digital workplace solutions for customers.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies and modern collaboration platforms.
• Understanding of identity management, endpoint management, workplace security, and cloud-based services.
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
• A collaborative, customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
