Qualifications

• Degree recognition for foreign degrees if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Field and laboratory work.
• Installation and maintenance of tubular and raceway photobioreactors.
• Isolation of microalgal strains.
• Acquisition of strains from culture collections.
• Microalgal cultivation in the laboratory and scaling up to large volumes.
• Biomass harvesting.
• Biomass evaluation and characterization.
• Laboratory analysis.
• Conducting experiments in the laboratory, greenhouse facilities, and in the field.
• Data processing, report writing, scientific outreach, and communication of results.
