Job summary

Educato is seeking an entry-level creator-marketing lead to launch and grow its Mexico creator program. You will identify, recruit, and manage creators on TikTok and Instagram, negotiate rates, oversee briefs and payments, and share local market insights with the global growth team.

You don’t need years of experience; judgment, initiative, and execution matter more as you build a repeatable growth channel in Mexico. Compensation includes base and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker with strong English skills.
• Knowledge of creator marketing and social platforms (TikTok/Instagram) a plus.
• Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Find and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram.
• Evaluate creators based on audience, content quality, and brand fit.
• Negotiate rates and onboard creators.
• Manage briefs, deadlines, feedback, deliverables, and payments.
• Track campaign results and identify successful content patterns.
• Share local market insights with Educato’s global growth team.
• Build a reliable pipeline of creators for your market.
