Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, HR or related field.
• Experience with Influencer Marketing or KOL management.
• Familiar with E-commerce platforms, especially TikTok.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Recruit, retain, and help creators grow with the brand.
• Cascade and implement benefit programs to incentivize performance.
• Engage in day-to-day conversations with creators to drive strategic programs.
• Provide support to creators for content and platform guidelines.
• Track creator performance at scale to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to run brand campaigns.
• Monitor metrics and collect insights to educate creators.
• Train creators on content best practices across tools and platforms.
