Job summary

Infinity Growth Evolution in Taguig (on-site) is seeking an enthusiastic Creator Relations Associate with 1–3 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree. You will reach out to TikTok creators, manage relationships, and coordinate campaigns and affiliate opportunities with clear, persuasive communication.

Proficiency in Excel and fluent English are essential for success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
Proficient in English, written and spoken.
Excellent communicator with ability to manage many conversations.
Experience in customer service or influencer marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Reach out to selected TikTok creators and affiliates provided by our team.
Build and maintain positive relationships with creators through chat and other communication channels.
Introduce brands, products, campaigns, promotions, and collaboration opportunities clearly and persuasively.
Answer creator questions and provide timely support throughout the collaboration.
Maintain regular communication so creators stay engaged with our brands and campaigns.
Invite selected creators to participate in affiliate campaigns and collaborations.
Guide creators through collaboration requirements and processes.
Share product information, campaign briefs, commission structures, and promotional details.
Coordinate product/sample requests and ensure creators receive what they need to begin creating content.
