The role requires deep Meta platform experience, content planning, and data-driven decision making to generate qualified leads for high-ticket services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram marketing.
• Proven agency experience servicing Australian, US, or UK clients.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency.
• Strong experience marketing high-ticket services that rely on lead generation in healthcare or related industries.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience writing ad copy, video scripts, and creative briefs.
• Experience leading creative direction for designers, videographers, and photographers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Meta strategy (paid and organic) across a portfolio of healthcare clients.
• Develop audience strategies, messaging frameworks, and content pillars.
• Build testing roadmaps and refine strategies using performance insights.
• Plan and manage monthly Facebook and Instagram content calendars.
• Write engaging, conversion-focused social copy for healthcare audiences.
• Guide community engagement strategies reflecting each client's brand.
• Provide strategic direction to the Meta Media Buyer on objectives, targeting, and budgets.
• Review campaign performance and optimize opportunities.
• Ensure paid and organic campaigns work together across the customer journey.
• Develop integrated Meta reporting and present insights to the Marketing Manager.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and photographers from concept to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and Meta policies.
