Job summary

Pinoy Online Travel Biz is seeking a skilled Facebook Ads Manager to plan, create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta platforms to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness.

You will set budgets, build funnels for cold and retargeting, analyze results with Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics, run A/B tests, and collaborate with creatives. A minimum of 3 years' proven experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience running Facebook Ads
Solid understanding of paid social media strategies and audience targeting
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Pixel tracking, and performance reporting
Strong skills in data analysis and campaign optimization
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience managing large ad budgets is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns from start to finish
Plan ad budgets based on marketing goals
Build ad funnels for cold traffic, retargeting, and re-engagement
Analyze results and adjust campaigns to improve performance
Work with creatives and copywriters to produce effective ad content
Set up and track conversions using Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics
Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and placements
Stay updated with Meta's policies, tools, and ad trends
Guide or collaborate with other ad specialists or freelancers if needed
