Responsibilities

• Own the Meta ad account across markets; plan, launch, and manage campaigns, deciding structure, audiences, budgets and scaling decisions.
• Build a testing engine; run tests on creative, hooks, angles, audiences, and offers, and act on results.
• Scale successful campaigns by increasing spend without compromising performance.
• Collaborate with the creative team to translate data into briefs for writers and editors.
• Keep tracking and attribution clean; report on CPA, ROAS, and customer quality.
