Cellexia Labs, a fully remote, international team, is seeking a reliable marketing support/virtual assistant to help manage Meta advertising, reporting, and admin tasks. You’ll keep campaigns organized, data accurate, and moving smoothly within a fast‑growing brand.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a virtual assistant, marketing support, or operations role, with familiarity in Meta Ads Manager, spreadsheets, and common online tools. Excellent written English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Meta ad account: upload and set up ads, apply naming and tracking conventions, ensure correct launches on time.
• Monitor daily performance, flag disapprovals or spend issues, inform the right teammate.
• Pull and organize numbers: create reports from Ads Manager and tools for decision making.
• Organize the creative library: keep ads, scripts, copy, and assets sorted and findable.
• Research competitors: track ads and compile useful examples.
• Assist the creative team: collect briefs, monitor progress, follow up.
