Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related commercial roles.
• Proven experience leading BPO-driven sales operations, including performance management and KPI governance.
• Strong consultative sales knowledge with demonstrated revenue expansion experience.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize and scale commercial programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across Sales, Operations, Program, and BPO organizations.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, and Google Workspace is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive BPO-driven sales programs across Account Management, Early Lifecycle, and Churn Prevention.
• Partner with Merchant Expansion to operationalize growth strategies and optimize performance.
• Deliver measurable outcomes in merchant growth, retention, engagement, and revenue.
• Optimize sales motions with Sales Operations; drive program effectiveness and consultative sales outcomes.
• Build and manage high-performing BPO partnerships with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Connect DSC, Delivery Commercial Operations, Sales leads and BPO partners to align priorities and drive execution.
• Use data and performance trends to identify opportunities and scale solutions.
• Design governance and scalable processes to support evolving needs with execution excellence.
