Job summary

Uber is seeking a Sr. Sales Vendor Manager - Merchant Onboarding Operations (US&C) to bridge merchant acquisition and growth.

Based in the Philippines, you will drive global BPO onboarding programs and ensure merchants complete onboarding and reach First Trip quickly. You will partner with Global Onboarding, Acquisition, Merchant Growth, and cross-functional teams, optimize activation performance, remove bottlenecks, and scale operations across markets worldwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Sales Operations or related fields.
• Proven experience leading BPO operations and vendor accountability.
• Strong onboarding and activation process knowledge.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analytical with ability to drive improvements from data.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Fluent in English; Salesforce and CRM familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global BPO onboarding programs for merchant activation.
• Identify bottlenecks and accelerate onboarding journey.
• Manage and optimize BPO partnerships and performance.
• Coordinate across Onboarding, Acquisition, Merchant Growth, and Operations.
• Drive data-driven improvements to activation metrics.
• Design scalable processes and governance models.
