Job summary

SKINTIFIC in Taguig City, Philippines is seeking a Merchandising Specialist/Demand Planner to join a collaborative, growth-minded team. You will forecast demand, optimize inventory, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to align promotions and new launches.

The role requires 2+ years in supply chain or data analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience with PowerBI/Tableau and SAP. Onsite work at BGC, Taguig; immediate start with competitive compensation and leaves/health benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, demand planning, or data analysis in retail/fast-moving consumer goods.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
• Experience with BI tools like PowerBI/Tableau and ERP like SAP for data visualization and management.
• Strong grasp of cycle service levels, fill rates, and inventory turnover.
• Ability to interpret large datasets, identify patterns, and adjust forecasts based on insights or constraints.
• Onsite work in BGC, Taguig City; immediate start.

What You’ll Do:

• Forecast Accuracy: Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to create accurate demand plans that align with business strategy.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to incorporate promotions, new product launches, and market intelligence into the forecast.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators such as Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and Inventory Health (Good vs. Bad stock) to refine future plans.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 or more years in supply chain, demand planning, or data analysis roles, ideally in a retail or fast-moving consumer goods environment.
• Must be data proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like PowerBI or Tableau and ERP systems like SAP is highly valued for data visualization and management.
• A strong grasp of supply chain metrics, specifically Cycle Service Levels, Fill Rates, and Inventory Turnover ratios.
• Must have the ability to interpret large datasets, identify patterns, and adjust forecasts based on anomalies, marketing insights, or supply chain constraints.
• Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City and can start immediately.
