Job summary

SKINTIFIC is hiring a Demand Planner to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on promotions and launches. You will monitor KPIs and refine plans based on data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in supply chain or data analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience with BI tools (PowerBI/Tableau) and SAP. Onsite in BGC, Taguig City, immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, demand planning, or data analysis, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• High proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with BI tools like PowerBI/Tableau and ERP like SAP is valued.
• Strong grasp of supply chain metrics: cycle service level, fill rate, turnover.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and adjust forecasts with insights or constraints.

What You’ll Do:

• Forecast Accuracy: Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to create accurate demand plans that align with business strategy.
• Inventory Optimization: Collaborate with supply planning to maintain optimal stock levels, balancing inventory carrying costs against service levels.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to incorporate promotions, new product launches, and market intelligence into the forecast.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators such as Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and Inventory Health (Good vs. Bad stock) to refine future plans.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 or more years in supply chain, demand planning, or data analysis roles, ideally in a retail or fast-moving consumer goods environment.
• Must be data proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like PowerBI or Tableau and ERP systems like SAP is highly valued for data visualization and management.
• A strong grasp of supply chain metrics, specifically Cycle Service Levels, Fill Rates, and Inventory Turnover ratios.
• Must have the ability to interpret large datasets, identify patterns, and adjust forecasts based on anomalies, marketing insights, or supply chain constraints.
• Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City and can start immediately.
