Job summary

SKINTIFIC in Taguig City, Philippines, is seeking a Forecast Analyst to drive demand planning and optimize inventory across the business. You will analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotions, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to incorporate launches and promotions into the forecast.

Strong Excel, PowerBI, and SAP skills are preferred. The role requires onsite work at BGC with opportunities to influence category performance and contribute to SKINTIFIC's growth

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of supply chain, demand planning or data analysis experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or SAP is valued.
• Strong understanding of cycle service levels, fill rates, and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Forecast accuracy analysis and demand planning aligned to business strategy.
• Collaborate with supply planning to optimize inventory levels.

What You’ll Do:

• Forecast Accuracy: Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to create accurate demand plans that align with business strategy.
• Inventory Optimization: Collaborate with supply planning to maintain optimal stock levels, balancing inventory carrying costs against service levels.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to incorporate promotions, new product launches, and market intelligence into the forecast.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators such as Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and Inventory Health (Good vs. Bad stock) to refine future plans.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months to 1 year experience in supply chain, demand planning, or data analysis roles, ideally in a retail or fast-moving consumer goods environment.
• Must be data proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like PowerBI or Tableau and ERP systems like SAP is highly valued for data visualization and management.
• A strong grasp of supply chain metrics, specifically Cycle Service Levels, Fill Rates, and Inventory Turnover ratios.
• Must have the ability to interpret large datasets, identify patterns, and adjust forecasts based on anomalies, marketing insights, or supply chain constraints.
• Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City and can start immediately.
