Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
• 1–2 years experience in retail, eCommerce, FMCG is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Represents merchandising teams in company-wide projects.
• Performs UAT for merchandising projects and documents/trains users during rollout.
• Undertakes studies on merchandising, inventory, warehousing, and vendor activities.
• Prepares promos memos and manages PromoSys; evaluates promotion performance linked to sales.
• Partners with IT to develop and maintain systems to improve merchandising workflows.
• Trains new merchandising staff on systems and enhancements.
