Join the AFP - kidzooona team and help us support our nationwide store merchandise operations! This internship is designed to give you practical exposure to corporate inventory workflows, enterprise software (SAP), delivery validation while receiving paid training. Merchandise Receiving & Allocation Validation: Assist during merchandise receiving activities, conduct physical checks of actual store allocations, and verify store equipment to ensure quantities match allocation plans.
SAP System Filing & Financial Submissions: Perform Goods Receipt Purchase Order (GRPO) encoding and filing directly in SAP, coordinate the timely submission of documents to Accounting, and assist in preparing payment requests.
Deliverable & Schedule Monitoring: Track and monitor the status of ongoing deliverables, operational requirements, vendor deliveries, and operational schedules across the department.
Inventory & Shelf-Life Tracking: Maintain and update department reports, including monitoring trackers for near-expiry merchandise (if applicable) to ensure optimal stock rotation.
Administrative & Merchandising Support: Organize files, maintain administrative records, and provide overall operational support to the Merchandising team.
Currently enrolled in Commerce, Business Management, Supply Chain Management or any related field.
Requires a minimum of 300 hours up to 600 hours requirement as part of academic curriculum (OJT).
Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is an advantage, but not required (training will be provided).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
High attention to detail, highly organized, and accurate when processing documents and financial requests.
Can work both independently and in a team environment.
Willing to start ASAP.

Daily Allowance: ₱350 per day (based on actual days worked)
