Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Data Encoder, Data Entry Clerk, or Admin Assistant is preferred. Fresh graduates with exceptional attention to detail are welcome to apply.
• Fast typing and accuracy; proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Data Management & Entry: Accurately populate product templates with key attributes, including dimensions, materials, colors, features, and benefits.
• Information Extraction: Review supplier and vendor specification sheets to compile essential product details.
• Product Research: Perform online research and consult manufacturer resources to complete missing product specifications when vendor data is limited.
• Quality Assurance: Meticulously verify measurements, codes, and copy before passing datasets to downstream teams to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Data Standardization: Update and refine legacy product records to align with updated brand, website, and merchandising guidelines.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive product data and proprietary information with complete discretion.
