Job summary

International Toy World, Inc. in Pasay City, at Mall of Asia Complex, is seeking a detail‑driven Admin support professional to join the Buying and Merchandising team.

You will help with purchasing and inventory, process POs, monitor orders for timely delivery, and prepare sales reports and spreadsheets for the buying team. Additional duties include vendor data maintenance, supplier accreditation processing, onboarding documents, and coordinating warehouse visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to be assigned in Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
• Willing to visit the warehouse as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and inventory processes; prepare and process POs.
• Monitor POs and ensure on-time delivery; prepare sales reports.
• Update and maintain vendor information and SKU master.
• Coordinate vendor accreditation and onboarding documents.
• Assist with price revision requests in MMS.
