Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Experience in merchandising, retail, purchasing, inventory, or related functions is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or academic experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to analyze sales and inventory data and prepare reports.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
• Willing to conduct store visits and travel when required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product assortment, inventory levels, and stock availability.
• Assist in product selection, pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, orders, and deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain merchandising reports, inventory reports, and other related documents.
• Monitor sales performance and identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving items.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to support purchasing and replenishment decisions.
• Ensure proper product displays, pricing, labeling, and promotional materials.
• Assist in planning and implementing promotional activities and product launches.
• Conduct regular monitoring of product performance and recommend actions to improve sales.
• Monitor inventory movement and assist in preventing overstocking and stock shortages.
