Manage local inventories and maintain items based on the directed weeks of supply set by the Buyer or Category Buyer.
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time.
Track orders to ensure on-time delivery of items.
Coordinate with the Buyer/Category Buyer regarding vendor or SKU-related issues.
Maintain professional relationships with all vendors and ensure timely communication.
Ensure all vendor claims and supports are collected promptly.
Communicate with Operations regarding items for return or pullout.
Manage cost and price changes as directed by the Buyer or Category Buyer.
Monitor merchandise expiry dates to prevent losses and ensure freshness.
Coordinate promotional activities and updates with the Operations team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or any related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry, handling multiple product categories.
