Job summary

Satellite Office in Manila is seeking a Product Sourcing Coordinator to own sourcing, supplier management, and end-to-end order execution for hardgoods and softgoods—polyresin, bobbleheads, and plush. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality products.

You’ll work with Product Development and Design to ensure feasibility, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost optimization while executing projects with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• 2–6 years of experience in sourcing, product development, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with overseas suppliers (Asia/China sourcing preferred).

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and onboard global suppliers based on cost, quality, and capability.
• Lead supplier negotiations (pricing, MOQs, timelines, trade-offs).
• Manage end-to-end product execution—from sourcing to production and final delivery.
• Partner with Product Development and Design to ensure feasibility and manufacturability.
• Own supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.
• Track production timelines and mitigate risks, delays, or quality issues.
• Calculate and validate landed costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Issue and manage purchase orders with accuracy and alignment to requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and report key metrics including delivery performance and savings.
