Job summary

Satellite Office in Metro Manila is seeking a Global Sourcing Coordinator to own sourcing, supplier management, and end-to-end order execution for hardgoods and softgoods—polyresin, bobbleheads, plush included.

You will collaborate with Product Development and Design to ensure feasibility and manufacturability, negotiate with suppliers, track timelines, and drive cost optimization while safeguarding quality.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in sourcing, product development, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience working directly with overseas suppliers (Asia/China sourcing preferred).
• Proven track record in supplier negotiation and cost management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and onboard global suppliers based on cost, quality, and capability
• Lead supplier negotiations (pricing, MOQs, timelines, and trade-offs)
• Manage end-to-end product execution—from sourcing to production and final delivery
• Partner with Product Development and Design to ensure product feasibility and manufacturability
• Own supplier relationships and drive consistent performance and improvement
• Track production timelines and proactively mitigate risks, delays, or quality issues
• Calculate and validate landed costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Issue and manage purchase orders with accuracy and alignment to requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor and report key metrics including delivery performance, cost savings, and supplier outputs

What You Bring

Experience & Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred)

• 2–6 years of experience in sourcing, product development, or supply chain operations

• Hands-on experience working directly with overseas suppliers (Asia/China sourcing experience strongly preferred)

• Proven track record in supplier negotiation and cost management
