Major Responsibilities:

A. Technical Skills

SALES UPLOADING

• Manual Uploading for systems that don't support automated processes, sales data may need to be uploaded manually. This might involve importing data transfer workbench files or entering data into a system interface. Uploading sales data (either manually or automatically) Into a system or platform for analysis, reporting, or record keeping. This could be for SAP systems, JIMAC, or even a simple excel sheet.
• Uploading sales data allows businesses to track performance, manage inventory, and generate reports

efficiently.

SALESREPORTS

• Sales data connecting from JIMAC Back Office and store reports,
• Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, including sales performance.
• Provide sales teams with up-to-date product performance and stock availability reports.,
• Tracks sales transactions on a daily basis to monitor performance and identify daily trends. Summarizes weekly performance. And helps track week-to-week fluctuations and plan for the upcoming week.
• Gather data from your sales platform JIMAC system and SAP. Ensure data accuracy and consistency,

INVENTORY CONTROL

• Assist with managing and organizing sales data, keeping records up to date.
• Serves as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure store needs are met.
• Ensure that all sales transactions, including product returns or refunds, are included in the dataset.
