Job summary

365 Designs Retailing Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Operations Supervisor in San Juan, Philippines to ensure the right products are available across stores and e-commerce channels. You will execute allocation and inventory plans, maintain data accuracy, and support sales growth and inventory health.

You will monitor stock levels, drive turnover, and oversee governance, audits, and compliance while coordinating with store teams and suppliers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in merchandise operations, inventory management, merchandising, or retail operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, allocation, stock management, and retail operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Amenable to work in San Juan
