Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. is seeking a Division Merchandise Manager – Flooring & Bathroom to lead category growth across assortment planning, supplier management, sourcing, pricing, inventory and performance.

You will develop and execute category strategies, manage the end-to-end buying process, identify new suppliers and opportunities, monitor sales and margins, and collaborate with store teams to ensure competitive pricing and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, or Retail.
• Experience in Flooring, Bathroom Fixtures, Sanitary Wares, Tiles and Construction Materials.
• Strong expertise in supplier negotiation, sourcing, pricing, assortment management, inventory, and category profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to drive sales, profitability, market growth, and overall category performance.
• Manage the end-to-end buying process, including product sourcing, supplier negotiations, pricing, commercial terms, and purchase planning.
• Identify new products, suppliers, and business opportunities within the Flooring & Bathroom category to expand assortment and drive category growth.
• Monitor sales, margins, inventory, sell-through, and product performance, including market and competitor analysis and promotional opportunities.
• Collaborate with Suppliers, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Store teams to ensure product availability, competitive pricing, quality, and effective category execution.

The ideal candidate has solid retail buying, category management, or merchandising experience in Flooring, Bathroom Fixtures, Sanitary Wares and Tiles.
