Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.

• Manage product assortment, pricing, promotions, merchandising plans, and new product launches.

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure product quality, competitiveness, and availability.

• Monitor sales, inventory, margins, turnover, and overall category performance, including competitor and market analysis.

• Develop and execute action plans to drive sales growth, improve margins, optimize inventory, and maximize category profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in Category Management, Merchandising, Buying, or Purchasing, preferably in retail.
