You will ensure reliable facility operations through preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and coordination of repair activities.

The role emphasizes coordinating with internal teams and external service providers, maintaining records, and improving equipment reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering license an advantage but not required.
• Experience in facilities engineering, building maintenance, or related role preferred.
• Working knowledge of MEP and HVAC systems and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems and facility equipment.
• Monitor MEP and HVAC system performance and condition.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of facility equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate spare parts inventory and replenishment.

The Facilities Engineer is responsible for supporting the maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement of building systems and facility equipment. This role helps ensure reliable facility operations through preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and coordination of repair activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems and facility equipment.
• Monitor the condition and performance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and HVAC systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and identify maintenance requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment and system issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of facility equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies, and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams and external service providers.
• Assist in implementing maintenance programs that improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Comply with company policies, workplace safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineering license is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in facilities engineering, building maintenance, property management, or a similar technical role is preferred.
• Working knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC systems, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment-related issues.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent office applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
