AVAC PROJECT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS CORPORATION in the Philippines seeks a Project Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in Mechanical/MEPFS to oversee residential projects on site. You will document, plan, execute, control and close projects, coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality results for AVAC’s on-site teams and management.

The general responsibilities of a Project Engineer in AVAC are to document, plan, execute, control and close a project smoothly and successfully. This may include (but is not limited to) the following tasks and activities:
Plan and schedule all construction activities of the assigned project from start to finish at assigned project.
Maintain construction site in a condition presentable to our customers and within the acceptable standards of AVAC.
Schedule and supervise contractor activities in accordance with AVAC job schedules and design partner signed scopes of work.
Provide regular feedback to the lead Project Manager/Construction Manager and the Project Director concerning the contractor’s timeliness and attention to details.
Communicate construction progress and completion dates to AVAC by accurately updating and submitting the scheduled reports.
Work closely with the client, contractors, and management team to ensure open communication on all matters; develop a strong environment conducive to proactive resolution of issues and strong commitment to producing a quality service.
Maintain and track all the construction documents at the job site so that all pertinent information is readily available to management and the other field associates.
Conduct pre-construction meeting, if applicable, with client and oversee the construction, inspection and scheduling of the entire project using inspection forms, plans and procedures.
Review and endorse start packages prior to beginning construction of project.
Aid the client representative with all outstanding client requests to make sure that they are approved by the client and are being completed in a timely manner.
