Job summary

Marking Services Philippines is seeking a Commercial Mechanical Engineer in Angeles to drive Material Take Offs (MTOs) for labeling of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems. You will prepare detailed MTOs from customer drawings, set up Revit parameters, and perform QC reviews.

The candidate should have 5+ years in commercial building design with HVAC and plumbing expertise, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in commercial building design, specifically HVAC & plumbing layout.
• Degree in Architecture or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in Revit; advanced knowledge is a plus.
• Strong understanding of facility drawings and shop/IFC drawings.

Responsibilities

• Determines sizes and quantities of MSI products (signs, valve tags) from drawings.
• Prepares a detailed MTO covering systems and inventory, including labels for plumbing/HVAC/medical gas.
• Sets up Revit parameters at project start and performs QC on MTO.
• Mentors junior Commercial Engineering staff (ENG Level 1–2).
• Submits regular project Daily Status Reports with material info.
