Job summary

GHD is seeking a Mechanical Revit Modeler in the Philippines to contribute to diversified MEP projects. You will draft, design and model across concept to documentation stages, delivering high quality MEP design within defined scope, time frame and budget.

Applicants should have 3 years of relevant experience, be proficient with Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and BIM360, and be comfortable working on projects ranging from residential towers to large-scale commercial facilities in line with USA/UK/UAE

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant experience in MEP design.
• Proficient with AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP.
• Experience across apartments, commercial offices, hotels, malls, hospitals, and industrial facilities.
• Proficient with international design standards (USA, UK, UAE).

Responsibilities

• Draft, design and modelling across all project stages (concept through documentation).
• Deliver high quality MEP design within scope, time frame and budget.
• Assist BIM management plan development.
• Maintain standards for discipline models and interaction with central model.
