Job summary

SHIMIZU-FUJITA-TAKENAKA-EEI JOINT VENTURE is seeking a BIM Specialist to develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models, aligned with BEP and client requirements. You will work with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure coordinated, clash-free models accessible to all stakeholders.

You will generate data outputs to support analysis and decisions, perform regular quality checks, and guide team members on BIM workflows and standards, including ISO 19650, across Civil, Structural,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, mechanical or electrical fields.
• Additional BIM, CAD or digital construction training is an advantage.
• Proficiency in BIM authoring tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and local regulations is required.
• Understanding of drawings and multidisciplinary coordination across disciplines.
• Ability to generate 2D drawings, schedules and reports from BIM models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models per BEP and client requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors for coordinated models.
• Generate data and model outputs to support analysis and decisions.
• Conduct regular quality checks for standards, specs and regulatory compliance.
• Provide training and guidance on BIM tools and best practices.
• Integrate tools to optimize BIM workflows and processes.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide model visualizations.
• Maintain version control, documentation and organized file management.
• Ensure BIM practices adhere to ISO 19650 and local regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes and tools.
