We need a Club Manager who can start ASAP!

Are you a results-driven leader with strong experience in sales, business operations, and people management? Join Anytime Fitness Superstars and lead the overall performance of our Davao club.

What You’ll Do

• Drive membership sales and overall club revenue

• Lead, coach, and develop the club team

• Manage daily club operations and ensure company standards

• Monitor sales and operational performance

• Implement strategies to achieve business targets

• Ensure excellent member experience and customer service

• Address operational concerns and build a high-performing team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales leadership, operations, or people management

• Strong track record of achieving sales and business targets

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proactive, hands-on, and highly accountable

• Fitness, retail, hospitality, or service industry experience is an advantage

• Willing to work in 202 Peaklane, Davao City

• Available to start ASAP

Work Schedule

• 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday

• Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Shift 2: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Shift assignment will depend on club operational requirements
