Job summary

Cebu CFI Community Cooperative is seeking an HR Officer to recruit and engage members at our Olongapo site. This on-site role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will visit offices to promote services, assist walk-in members with online registration through e-Services, and contribute to marketing strategies to grow the cooperative’s member base. 1–3 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) required or advantage
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Presentable, honest, patient, flexible and reliable
• With work experience is an advantage
• Can work with less supervision

Responsibilities

• Primarily recruits new members of the COOP and meets membership targets
• Conducts regular visits to offices to promote the cooperative's services
• Assists walk-in members with online registration thru e-Services and educates on e-Services facilities
• Contributes to implementing marketing strategies
